Swati De has been associated with InterraIT, a global MNC, as joint managing director and general counsel since 1999. She is an alumna of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Swati is a founding member of InterraIT Toastmasters Club, one of the first corporate Toastmasters Clubs in India, and is a Distinguished Toastmaster and national champion in 2012. She served as HR and legal head of InterraIT Inc., based in San Jose, CA, for over a decade.
Swati is an acclaimed speaker at global HR and leadership forums and an active practitioner of the art and psychology of motivation toward excellence.
