Dr. Allison Sadler
Allison Sadler is a learning and development executive at USAA. She has worked in financial services for over 25 years in global learning, human capital and sales performance roles across multiple Fortune 500 companies.
In addition to her corporate service, Allison holds a Ph.D. in the human capital program from Bellevue University. Prior to her doctoral studies, she graduated from St. Mary’s University with distinguished honors and an MBA in Organizational Development. Allison’s research on women and leadership is published in the Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management. She speaks on leadership topics with firms like the National Association of Women Business Owners and Trinity University, along with nonprofits like the Texas Diversity Council.
Allison’s personal pursuits include health and fitness, cultural arts and surviving her 16-year-old’s golf schedule. She resides in San Antonio, Texas, where she enjoys the beauty of the hill country.
