Wanda Shoer

Wanda Shoer currently serves as the chief learning officer at Sanofi, bringing over 20 years of experience. Wanda held various leadership positions across multiple functions, including human resources, IT, and talent development. During her more than decade-long tenure at Johnson & Johnson, she led strategic operations in research and development, drug safety and talent management. Before J&J, Shoer accumulated a decade of experience in both in-house and consulting roles focused on organizational change and process improvement within the pharmaceutical and investment banking sectors.

Shoer earned a bachelor's degree in Italian studies and economics from Wheaton College and an MBA from Simmons University. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, fitness and spending quality moments with her family. Active in the Latinx community, Shoer contributes her time to various organizations supporting community building, mentoring and educational initiatives.
