Bill Sodeman
William A. (Bill) Sodeman is the chief learning officer at Seven Hills Foundation, one of the largest nonprofit providers of health and human services in New England. His recent projects include an enterprise migration to a new learning experience platform; leadership development programs; information technology and data governance; professional development for diversity, equity and inclusion; and employee education benefits. Bill has published his research on topics such as human capital management and social media in peer-reviewed journals including Business Horizons and the Organizational Development Journal. Previously, Bill was associate professor and chair of management at Hawaii Pacific University and Martin Methodist College. He earned a Ph.D. in strategic management and management information systems from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Rollins College. Bill lives in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, with his wife and two rescue dogs. His hobbies include nature photography and weight lifting.
