Brittainy Charette is the strategic leader of WEX's leadership development portfolio, which serves a range of experiences, from emerging leaders to senior vice presidents. In addition, her role includes organization development initiatives, where she partners with various teams across the business, the executive leadership team and HR to build an environment where leaders and their teams are enabled and engaged to do their best work. Brittainy holds a Doctor of Psychology in organizational leadership from William James College and an MS in IO psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
