Cari Bohley
Cari Bohley joined Peraton in January 2022 as the vice president of talent management. She is responsible for learning and leadership development programs, performance management, skills, career development, culture and engagement, and succession planning. Since joining, she has successfully launched a new employee engagement program, harmonized tuition and training processes, and implemented new performance management and compliance training processes.
While spending a few months in the financial sector just prior to joining Peraton, Cari has spent much of her career in the government services sector with organizations that support our nation’s most important missions, including SAIC, Engility, CGI and Robbins-Gioia. This has allowed her to develop and hone her skills across multiple HR functions including onboarding, leadership development, performance management, culture, employee engagement, merger and acquisition integration, HR compliance and learning programs.
Giving back to the community is important to Cari. At Peraton, she serves as an advocate and advisor to the ERG community and volunteers as a mentor for several women in the organization. Outside of work, Cari is part of the American Red Cross of the National Capital & Greater Chesapeake Region board of directors as the biomed committee chair.
Cari holds a BA from Michigan State University in International Relations and an MBA from Wayne State University. She lives in Manassas, Virginia, with her husband, Jim, and their two children, Joseph and Juliana.
