Erin Mara

Erin Mara is the Vice President of Talent Management at BJ’s Wholesale Club, where she leads learning, talent, and organizational development. Before joining BJ’s Wholesale Club, Erin spent 19 years at Staples focused on operations and process improvement initiatives that led to higher customer satisfaction across the company. That experience led her to become the head of learning and development, where she leveraged her customer-facing knowledge to embed a culture of learning into the business.
