Francesca Galarraga, PhD
Francesca Galarraga, PhD. combines over 25 years of experience as a leadership and diversity and
inclusion practitioner. Francesca has worked with various organizations from Fortune 500 companies, including hospitality and aeronautics and engineering industries to institutions of higher education, and government sectors. Francesca helps leaders foster workplace environments where employees feel respected, appreciated, and valued. Francesca served as a champion for diversity and inclusion, creating nationally recognized programs for
universities and elevating two Fortune 500 corporations to rank on DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity. As president of a Colorado-based leadership consulting firm focused on performance coaching, inclusive leadership, and organizational culture and climate strategies, Francesca supported the launch of a non-profit Latino leadership organization, Lideramos, helping to develop grassroots Latinx leaders.
Francesca obtained a doctorate in organizational development and leadership with a concentration in social media and technology from the University of the Rockies, received a master’s degree from Michigan State University in philosophy, and graduated valedictorian with a bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University.
