Jennifer Alesia
Jennifer Alesia is the chief learning officer for Archer Daniels Midland, a global leader in human and animal nutrition and the world’s premier agricultural origination and processing company. She leads enterprise learning for all 43,000+ colleagues globally for ADM.
Jennifer joined ADM with over 25 years’ experience designing and implementing talent development solutions, leadership development, executive coaching, professional development and succession planning programs. She has a proven track record for building curriculums that increase job efficiency, develop leadership skills and promote an atmosphere focused on open communication and teamwork.
Prior to joining ADM, Jennifer spent two years as the CLO for Jabil where she created and implemented leadership development programs for mid-level through C-suite leaders. Before Jabil, Jennifer spent five years as a global learning leader for GE. She began her career at Telephonics Corp. and has held a variety of senior learning and development positions at IBM, Bear Stearns & Co., OneBeacon Insurance, Citibank and Mizuho Bank.
Jennifer graduated from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., with a degree in psychology. She also holds multiple certifications including the Hogan Assessment, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strength Deployment Inventory, Kenexa, DDI and more.
