Joshua Remerowski is a strategic thinker with a knack for creating new ways of working through strategic planning, talent development, technology and execution. He is a strong advocate for DE&I initiatives and a learning and development nerd whose works have led to awards from Brandon Hall Group, Association of Talent Development and Training Magazine. Joshua’s goal is to continuously lead and solve business problems for the future ways of working that create better organizational change management and agility. He firmly believes that you develop the people in an organization and not the position, that automation is not the enemy, but the key to our employees having more meaning in their work.
