Kara Schillaci is responsible for building a future-ready talent pipeline for Rexel by exceeding candidate and hiring manager expectations, and engaging, developing and upskilling employees and leaders.
She leads the talent acquisition and talent development teams at Rexel USA. Previously, Kara had senior roles in large companies and has also served as an external consultant. Her special talents are in recruiting, employee engagement, transformation, culture change and skill development.
Kara is the author of a leadership article series on LinkedIn called “#HowDoTheyDoIt.” She co-designed and co-facilitates a Women in Leadership six-week course for Southern Methodist University. She resides in Dallas and volunteers in her local community for Jubilee Park and Community Center and the Melville Family Foundation.
