As a Harvard Business School MBA and former senior expert at McKinsey, Luke has focused his career on building the people/HR and learning systems/products of the future. With stints across the startup world and consulting landscape, he's a firm believer in the value that social learning experiences bring to organizations big and small. As the VP of product for Abilitie's experiential leadership development programs, he is passionate about uncovering the best methods of keeping virtual and hybrid learning as socially engaging as possible.
