Mandy Varley, Ph.D., BCC, MBA, is a senior behavioral scientist at Torch. She holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from Lancaster University and is a Board Certified Executive Coach. With her breadth of experience in executive coaching, assessment and business metrics, Mandy is passionate about helping to translate the value of coaching to multiple parts of the business.
