Noah G. Rabinowitz
Noah G. Rabinowitz is vice president of talent development at Commonwealth Fusion Systems — a company working on a fundamentally new source of unlimited clean energy to combat the global climate crisis. He leads CFS University, the team responsible for providing world-class learning solutions — technical, business and leadership — for all segments of CFS's population, from entry-level to executive.
An almost 25-year veteran of the HR and learning industry, Rabinowitz joined CFS in 2023 from Moderna, where he served as chief learning officer. There, he led a global team to design, build and deliver business-transformational leadership and learning programs for its highly technical and scientific workforce.
Earlier in his career, he held numerous consulting, CLO and HR leadership roles at Intel, Deloitte and Korn Ferry. Rabinowitz has a bachelor’s degree in history and Spanish from Hamilton College and a master’s degree in education from the University of Michigan. A recognized specialist and thought leader in leadership development, learning, corporate universities, ed tech and human capital, he is a frequent guest lecturer at several leading business schools and industry conferences. Rabinowitz is also an active contributor to the CLO LIFT project, a group of learning professionals working to solve some of the most persistent and foundational problems in L&D.
He is also deeply committed to volunteer work in supporting veterans in their transition to civilian careers and recently sat on the board of a foster care and adoption agency. Rabinowitz resides in Boston with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
