Reyhan Jhaver

Reyhan Jhaver is vice president of product strategy at Workday, focused on the strategic vision and direction of Workday’s talent solutions with an emphasis on skills and future of work initiatives. He has more than 15 years’ experience as product leader building enterprise SaaS products and global product organizations in the talent management and HR systems market. Before Workday, Reyhan was co-founder and vice president of product at Rallyteam (acquired by Workday in 2018), which focused on helping organizations transition to a more skills-based, agile workforce. Prior to Rallyteam, Reyhan led product and innovation at Cornerstone OnDemand for over nine years, building a product organization and comprehensive product suite used by companies and users globally.
