As a seasoned learning and development leader, Sandra has spearheaded numerous initiatives, guiding staff and leaders across diverse departments through change management processes and implementations. Her expertise encompasses managing training programs, facilitating enterprise-wide business solutions and orchestrating ERP adoption planning. Proficient in designing both in-classroom and online training, she has successfully rolled out initiatives to groups ranging from 30 to 4,000 individuals.
