Souzanne Dupont

Souzanne Dupont is an HR executive with over 15 years of experience in large multinationals (Forbes 200), occupying positions of increasing responsibility in Brazil, Italy and the U.S., working with diverse, multicultural and fast-paced cultures. Currently she is chief people officer and board member of GhFly Network, a holding of digital marketing companies operating in Latin America that has several recognitions as one of the best places to work in technology (GPTW), Best Employer for Youth (EFY) and one of the most innovative HRs in Brazil (Gupy).

Souzanne has a bachelor's degree in psychology, master's in behavior analysis and MBA in Business Management. She is certified in Change Management by APMG International and Stanford’s Compassion Cultivation Training. She is also HR Agile Professor, UN Women's WEPs Award judge and member of Virtual Advisory Board (VAB).
