Suparna Kapoor

Suparna Kapoor is an accomplished management professional with a diversity of experience in technology-intensive domains of aerospace and telecom in large public sector organizations in India. In the past three decades Suparna has delivered results in a gamut of functions across engineering, projects, marketing and business development, learning and development, and HR. 
In her decade-long stint in L&D/HR, Suparna has delivered more than 250 programs and 1,500 sessions for more than 8,000 engineers, managers, leaders of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. and professionals from other organizations.

Suparna holds a graduate degree in electronics engineering and a master’s in management, with specialization in operations. She is Certified in Project Management by PMI and is a Certified Talent Development Professional from ATD. An avid learner on MOOC platforms, she has also completed her specialization in positive psychology from UPenn. She is a happiness coach trained in theater, storytelling, creative movement and arts. She is also on the board of YoursTruly Theatre Group. 

Suparna was awarded the prestigious British High Commission’s Chevening CRISP Fellowship 2022 at University of Oxford, UK and is winner of various awards, including her company’s Women Achiever in 2020. A regular speaker at conferences and forums, Suparna also delivers motivational talks in schools, colleges and organizations.
