Yasmine Laurent

Yasmine Laurent is a seasoned talent, equity and inclusion practitioner with over 15 years of people and organizational development experience in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Her versatile background encompasses designing and implementing full-scale talent management, program management and diversity, equity and inclusion strategies. Yasmine has grown a robust career leading equity, access and advocacy initiatives and possesses the ability to provide expertise on a variety of subject matters including change management, learning and development, process improvement, project management, workforce planning, facilitation and data analysis and reporting. She holds an MBA from Simmons College, a master’s in human services from Springfield College and a dual Bachelor of Arts in Multinational Business Operations and International Affairs from Florida State University.
